At The Official Kangol Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 60-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn items with all original Kangol tags attached into the original shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
